The grapes were destemmed and crushed. They were subjected to a cold maceration for 5-7 days before the classic vinification with natural yeasts. They were then macerated for 20 days with periodic reassembly (delestage). Some of the wine was aged in French oak barrels.

The upward path of the project was led by Sebastián Zuccardi, who worked side by side with a young team of producers and winegrowers to create wines with identity through the incessant extraction of the diverse terroirs of the Uco Valley.
The World's Best Vineyards selected Zuccardi Valle de Uco as the #1 best vineyard in the world for three consecutive years (2021-2020-2019), even receiving it in the Hall of Fame in 2022.
In 1963, Engineer Alberto "Tito" Zuccardi, obstinate in his constant fight against the desert in Mendoza, began planting the family's first vineyard in order to demonstrate his innovative and efficient irrigation system. This vineyard led him to discover his passion for viticulture and paved the way for successive generations of the family. Zuccardi has become a key figure in the history and future of viticulture in Argentina.
Most wines are fermented and aged only in cement. The winemaking team uses large toasted oak barrels and foudres when the development of the wine will really intensify with oak ageing or when the grape variety needs more microoxygenation.
