Tasting Notes
Lively aroma, with emphasis on the harmony of red and black fruits with notes of toast from the barrel, cocoa and light spice. Very balanced in the mouth harmonizing the elegant tannins, the notes of wild fruits, the barrel and a good freshness provided by the acidity that surrounds the body.
Vinification
Grapes harvested in 15kg boxes, fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by a long maceration and ending with a gentle pressing.

9 months in used French oak barrels
