Tasting Notes
It has a nose rich in notes of red fruit, spices and a certain minty touch. In the mouth it presents a balance where the tannins show some firmness, but, at the same time, good integration with the wood and fruit.
Vinification
Grapes harvested in 18kg boxes, fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by a long maceration, ending with a gentle pressing. Malolactic fermentation in used French oak barrels.
