Tasting Notes
The aroma is deep in cherry and plum, with light notes of spices and ripe fruit, but not too ripe. Full-bodied, rich, generous and with permanent freshness. Defined but smooth tannins. Balanced by a surprising freshness.
Vinification
Grapes harvested in 18kg boxes, fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by long maceration.

6 months in used French oak barrels
