Vinification
Made from the Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca grape varieties, it has been fermented at 24C, with gentle pumping over to allow a varietal and fresh profile. Partial ageing in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Ruby in colour with violet hints, aroma of black fruit and cherry, with balsamic and spicy notes. In the mouth it is dense, with lively but velvety tannins.
