Cold pre-fermentative maceration followed by fermentation at 26ºC in stainless steel vats with gentle pumping overs. 30% ageing in French oak barrels from 12 to 18 months
Tasting Notes
Dark garnet wine with a nose with notes of blackberries and pine. In the mouth it is fresh and structured.
