Vinification

Regenerativo Red is a red wine made from the Syrah and Caladoc grape varieties. These varieties are cared for with passion by the Nicolau Family, using regenerative organic viticulture practices. These practices not only improve the ecosystem, but also result in a wine that genuinely expresses its terroir. The grapes were partially hand-picked in 18 kg boxes and partially machine-harvested. We incorporate 20% whole bunches into the stainless steel barrels to ferment.

Tasting Notes

This wine shows its youth with its vivid red color and its attractive violet reflections. Young with good intensity and aromas of freshly harvested red fruits combined with a vegetal touch give it a great aromatic freshness. A dry wine with fresh acidity and light texture highlighting red fruits. It has a good finish that, although not very long, has all its components in perfect balance.
