Tasting Notes
Aroma of red fruits with some notes of spices. Good structure and good balance. Tannins present, persistently and well involved. It also has a good freshness and a persistent finish.
Vinification
Manual harvest in a 20 kg box. Pre-fermentative maceration with fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
