100% manual harvest for 15 kg boxes. Total destemming, followed by pre-fermentative maceration at 8°C for 48 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24°C. 10% of the batch fermented in new barrels for 18 months + 12 months aging in bottles
Tasting Notes
Wine with a very intense garnet color, almost opaque, in which notes of black fruit with balsamic nuances predominate. In the mouth it is vibrant and voluminous
