Tasting Notes
Intense garnet color, aromas of vanilla and chocolate, with claw, balanced with notes of truffle. In the mouth it reveals a complex composition of wild fruits, extending the notes of chocolate and blackcurrant. Notorious freshness and well framed in the body of the wine. It ends long and persistent.
Vinification
The grapes are chilled overnight in old barrels at a temperature of 25º C and are fermented over a period of 12 days. Then the wine ages for another 8 months in new French barrels until bottling.
