Tasting Notes
It has an intense garnet color and some shades of violet. Complex, elegant aroma with exuberant notes of cassis and wild fruits. With a wide range of mouths showing complexity and length. A wine with enormous ageing potential.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to pre-fermentative maceration in lagar for 2 days. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is placed in new French oak barrels for 14 months, where malolactic fermentation takes place and subsequent maturation.
