Vinification
To seek smoothness, the grapes are destemmed, then cold maceration aims to pass the fine and fresh flavors of the fruit to the must. Malolactic fermentation in barrels aims to relieve firm acidity, make the wine more velvety and textured. It aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
