Vinification
Historic vineyards with an average age of 70 years. Manual harvesting and transport in small boxes of 20 kg. Grapes trodden by foot on the first day. Partial fermentation with stalks in lagar. It ages for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Ruby colour. Aroma marked by red fruits, blackberries and black plums complexed by notes of slight vanilla and elegant toasts from the barrel where it aged, all well integrated in a high quality tasting. On the palate it is rich and elegant with soft tannins. It accompanies grilled meats and roasted fish and meat.
