Vinification
Harvesting was manual and carried out only during the early hours of the morning. The grapes were transported exclusively in 20kg boxes and left to ferment with total destemming. After fermentation, the wine evolved in French oak barrels, for second use, for 16 months. The treatment was minimalist, with no filtration. It remained in the bottle for 6 months, before being marketed.
Tasting Notes
Ruby colour, with brownish nuances, clean. Aroma of ripe red fruits and plum, well married to the barrel, without exaggeration. Wine with a lot of persistence, long finish to dark chocolate. Firm acidity, typical of the variety.
