Vinification
Manual harvesting. Manual choice of curls. Destemming followed by crushing. Fermentation in lagar with foot treading and fermentation in stainless steel vats with post-fermentative maceration.
Aging
Aging in oak casks between 16 and 18 months.
Tasting Notes
Wine with an intense and deep garnet color, with a complex aroma of ripe red and black fruits, harmonized by elegant notes of spices. On the palate, it has soft tannins, good mouth aroma, excellent structure and a long and enveloping finish.
