Vinification
The harvest is done by hand and the grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes. After destemming, the grapes are crushed into stainless steel tanks, where fermentation also takes place at controlled temperatures. The maceration takes place in a delicate way to enhance all the typicity of this native variety, privileging the extraction of fresh fruit and tannins.
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels of third use and the remaining time in stainless steel. A slight clarification is made with an agent of vegetable origin. Before bottling, a slight filtration is carried out in order to maintain all its aromatic potential and structure. Stabilization is natural. Small sediments may appear during the aging in the bottle. It does not contain animal products.
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby colour with typical aromas of the young and ripe red fruit variety, with some blackberry. Lightly toasted and balsamic notes emerge from barrel ageing. Wine with body and structure that balance well with its natural acidity and mineral character. It is a soft wine with freshness and a long finish.
