Tasting Notes
The smoothness and elegance of Pinot Noir Balavaud Grand Cru harmonize admirably with the tannins, resulting in a pleasant and well-structured wine, worthy of a great cru lineage. Pinot Noir was harvested very early to preserve all the complexity of the aromas of this variety.
