Tasting Notes
Ruby colour. Vinous aroma and great elegance, marrying notes of red fruits and spices with resinous and vegetal notes. Ground palate with notes of red fruits. With great balance, it is elegant with a very long and authentic finish according to its tradition.
Vinification
Classic Vinification in an open lagar, with spontaneous fermentation, with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 6 to 7 days.
Aging
Oak barrel (Barrel 10) for 10 months
