Vinification
Fermented with stems and film in stone presses, without temperature control. The masses are pressed and this press wine is separated. Malolactic fermentation takes place after leaving the mill in cement tanks.
Aging
French Oak Barrels for 9 months, then 3 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes
Red-violet color, with an intense, fruity aroma, an excellent combination with French Oak wood, in the mouth it is round, soft and of great concentration.
