With grapes from the Douro Superior, namely from a vineyard about 60 years old, from the selection of red grapes from native grape varieties.
Vinification
The grapes were trodden by foot in a small press, the fermentation started spontaneously and then it was pressed. The remaining fermentation took place in used barrels aged for 6 months.
