Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel lagares with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature at 26ºC. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby color, on the nose aromas of red fruit and slightly vegetable. Tasting in the mouth with involvement, acidity and character of a old vine blend. Greedy and persistent. It goes well with red meats and pasta dishes. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
