Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature at 24ºC, with malolactic fermentation completed. Partial aging of 50% of the batch in used French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
With a concentrated ruby color and with good aromatic intensity where notes of blackberry, black plum and light toast stand out. In the mouth it presents soft and elegant tannins and a good acidity that gives it freshness. Long finish with complexity. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
