Vinification
The grapes are 100% destemmed; 5 days of cold maceration; alcoholic fermentation starts at 20ºC and ends at 25ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
With an intense ruby color, on the nose it has a rich and fruity aroma, with barrel aging making delicate notes of vanilla noticeable. On the palate, the full and persistent body contrasts with a soft and elegant finish. It goes well with Stewed Lamb in the Alentejo old way. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
