Vinification
The harvest took place from mid-September to mid-October, the grape varieties are vinified separately. Maturation is done in French oak barrels and concrete tanks. No allergenic or animal-derived product is used in the production of this wine.
Tasting Notes
Dark red wine with good body. Aromas of ripe fruit typical of the grape varieties.
Soil & Climate
Soils of sedimentary origin have a clayey texture and high calcareous content. Mild climate with marked Atlantic influence.
