Project
Created in 2020 by João Araújo and Avelino Barros with the aim of creating quality wines, faithful to the small plots of vineyard from which these grapes are harvested.
Vinification
Harvest carried out in perfect weather conditions on the 29th of September. The chosen grapes were crushed and destemmed, passing to a small mill where they were trodden on foot, remained in pre-fermentative maceration for 2 days until the alcoholic fermentation was started and completed at the end of 10 days.
Aging
The wine passed into used French oak barrels, where it aged for 16 months.
