Vinification
Field blend of Jaen and Castelão made in the last week of September, Tinta Miúda was harvested in the second week of October. The Élévage was 20% in French barrel and 80% in cement tank. No allergenic or animal products are used in the production of this wine.
Tasting Notes
Dark red color with some violet. It presents notes of forest fruit combined with a balsamic touch. Long and intense finish.
Soil & Climate
Soils of sedimentary origin with a clayey texture and high lime content. Mild climate with marked Atlantic influence.
