Vinification
A field blend of Jaen and Castelão, harvested in the third week of September. Tinta Miúda was harvested later, in the second week of October. The élevage was carried out with 40% in used French oak barrels and 60% in cement tanks, giving a balance between structure and freshness. No allergenic or animal products are used in the winemaking process.
Tasting Notes
Elegant aroma of wild berries, combined with perfectly integrated French oak notes. Soft, with an endless finish.
Soil & Climate
Soils of sedimentary origin with a clayey texture and high lime content. Mild climate with marked Atlantic influence.
