Tasting Notes
Intense garnet color, with aroma of ripe black fruit, notes of violets and spice. Elegant, full-bodied, with excellent structure and balance, long and persistent finish.
Vinification
The grapes, harvested by hand, are selected in the vineyard. Vinification takes place at a controlled temperature of 26/27ºC, in Lagares, allowing greater contact and extraction. For a balanced integration of the wood, this wine ages in used French oak barrels for about 12 months.
