Vinification
The grapes, from the best plots, were selected, destemmed and lightly crushed, undergoing pre-fermentative maceration, at low temperatures, for 24 hours. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature (24ºC), for a period of about 8 days. He aged in a winery for a period of 1 year.
Tasting Notes
With a deep ruby colour, this is an aromatically expressive wine, highlighting floral aromas of violet, red fruit, spices and a slight green pepper, which gives it a unique freshness. It is structured, elegant tannins, balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish.
