Single Installment
Varietal wines made with grapes from the vineyards of Melilla and Las Violetas. They are the result of plots whose performance stands out from the rest in each harvest, with remarkable analytical and sensory qualities. We decided to bottle them separately so that the consumer can enjoy them, identifying on the label the portion from which the grapes come. Also every year, during the periodic control carried out in the cellar on all barrels, we discover some in which the interaction with the wine produces excellent sensory characteristics and are our favorites in the tastings, these are bottled separately, resulting in small batches.
Tasting Notes
Purple red color. Aromas of raisins and blackberries, with toasted notes. Round palate with great volume, balanced acidity and silky tannins. Extended finish, reminiscent of the initial fruits and graphite.
