Vinification
Grapes harvested in mid-September overnight. They fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in concrete. No allergenic or animal products are used in the production of this wine.
Tasting Notes
Elegant aroma and rich in black fruit, notes of rockrose appear at the end of tasting. Tasty, it finishes elegant, intense and persistent.
Soil & Climate
Soils of sedimentary origin have a clayey texture and high calcareous content. Mild climate with marked Atlantic influence.
