Vinification
Grapes harvested in mid-October at night. The blend was made in the mill to ferment together (field blend). The maturation is done 30% in American oak barrels and the remaining 70% in concrete vats for at least 12 months. No allergenic or animal products are used in the production of this wine.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant but elegant aroma of red fruits and some notes of spices. Tasty and velvety, it finishes elegant, intense and persistent.
Soil & Climate
Soils of sedimentary origin have a clayey texture and high calcareous content. Mild climate with marked Atlantic influence.
