Vinification
Gentle crushing of the grapes with destemming; fermentation and maceration with indigenous yeasts for a period of 10 to 15 days, frequent reassembly of the skins at a controlled temperature of 25°C.
Aging
6 months in barrels.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red wine, with an intense, smooth and delicate aroma, with notes of small red fruits, rose and violet. In the mouth it is dry, full-bodied, appropriately tannic when young, velvety and balanced.
