Vinification
Gentle crushing of the grapes with destemming; static fermentation in a stainless steel tank with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature of 25 °C; maceration for a week, frequent reassembly of the peels.
Aging
9 months in 500 liter barrels.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red wine, with an intense aroma, with hints of fruitiness. In the mouth it is dry, full-bodied and pleasantly fresh.
