Tasting Notes
Deep ruby color. Typical aroma of the grape variety with floral notes standing out. Some black fruit combined with a light toast. Intense in the mouth with good structure and fine tannins. Finishes long.
Vinification
Total destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 2 days, Fermentation with controlled temperature for 15 days. Aged for 11 months in new French oak barrels.
