Vineyards
Our vineyards are located on the Salento peninsula, with perfect sun exposure and a red clay soil composition. These aspects are the perfect ingredients to create a wonderful combination of freshness, flavours and minerality.
Vinification
Gentle pressing of the grapes at very low temperatures. Cold pre-fermentative static clarification, yeast inoculation in clear wort, alcoholic fermentation at 11 °C in stainless steel tanks, followed by refinement on lees for 2 to 3 months.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections, intense and persistent bouquet, fruity with notes of ripe yellow fruits. Fresh, ready to drink, pleasant, harmonious and persistent.
