Vinification
Total destemming. Pressing of the whole grapes. Natural decantation at 10ºC. Fermentation under strict temperature control. Ageing on fine lees until batch formation. No filtration and no stabilisation until bottling.
Tasting Notes
Citrus green in colour, fresh and delicate aroma with notes of citrus fruits, grass and green apple. In the boba it has a smooth texture, acidity and balanced minerality, presenting green fruit in the mouth. Long and balanced finish. Complex with harmony.
