Vinification
Vines on dangling earrings. This wine is the happy combination of soil and grape and has all the characteristics of a great Swiss white wine. Temperature control during the first fermentation ensures an intense and floral bouquet. No bunches and no added sugar. The wine is lightly pressed. The resulting wort is removed after the solid matter has settled. The first and second fermentations are carried out at controlled temperatures.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, great aromatic intensity, flowers with a touch of linden blossom and the smell of mint. On the palate, the elegant structure, combined with its sweet character make it very harmonious.
