Vinification
Fermented in a stone lagar with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels.
Aging
A year in half oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Garnet color heavy, with intense, complex, fruity aroma, an excellent combination of natural aromas characteristic of the Castelão variety, in the mouth it is fresh, deep and with great volume in the mouth. Long and aromatic finish.
