Vinification
Fermented in barrels with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in French oak barrels, with vigorous battonage for 6 months.
Aging
In half French oak barrels and later in bottle
Tasting Notes
Yellow, greenish in color. Aroma, intense, mineral, fruity, an excellent combination of natural aromas characteristic of the grape varieties, with a fresh, intense flavour and with great volume in the mouth, with a light and fresh aftertaste
