Tasting Notes

Deep violet color. Full, elegant and intense nose where the black fruit presents us with a wild touch of blackberry and blackcurrant. However, this aromatic intensity is fine and firm, with light vegetal notes. The attack of its ripe tannins is straight and fresh, which combined with a good acidity imposes on this Rozès Vintage 2018 personality, elegance and a long potential for evolution. It goes perfectly with strong cheeses, sweets based on dark chocolate and red fruits.
