Grapes pressed in a pneumatic press. Interruption of fermentation by the addition of wine alcohol (96%).
Aging
Tinta Negra and Verdelho aged in Canteiro for 5 years in French oak casks. For this blend we selected wines from our warehouses, whose stable temperatures throughout the year gave rise to this wine with balanced levels of sugar and acidity .
Tasting Notes
Light golden color. Aromatic nose with notes of dried fruits, orange blossom and candied fruit. Full of mouth and extreme softness. Long and fresh mineral finish. Excellent as an aperitif, savouries, olives, tapas, consommé, sausages and cheeses.
