Vineyards
Old vines with about 30 indigenous grape varieties.
Vinification
The harvest began in perfect weather conditions on August 30th and ended on September 12th. The grapes, properly selected and partially destemmed, fermented in lagares with foot treading for 10 days. The aging and malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Tasting Notes
Very fresh on the nose with pure notes of plum, blackberry and black cherry with subtle hints of spice. Good texture and concentration, with excellent tannins and a long finish.
