Vineyards
The grapes are selected from north-facing vineyards in the province of Agrigento. The microclimate offers the perfect conditions to ripen the grapes and have a high concentration of well-balanced aromas with a fresh acidity .
Vinification
Crushing, destemming, soft pressing and static decanting. The clear wort is then fermented at 12-14°C. At the end of fermentation, the lees are left to stand for about 3-5 months and then the wine is transferred and sulfited.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Complex, with flavors of peach, grapefruit, lemon-lime; herbaceous aromas, hints of oak, vanilla and nutmeg. A medium-bodied wine, with a pleasant aftertaste and good balance; The finish is long, clean, spicy but delicate.
