Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. After crushing, the grape must and the skin of the grapes were allowed to macerate – ferment. The process is carried out in stainless steel fermenters within a period of five to seven days, with temperature control of 24-26 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation and barrel maturation.
Tasting Notes
Wine with aromas of red fruits of the forest, with delicate tannins, the result of maturation in French oak barrels for 6 months, smooth and pleasant aftertaste.
