Vinification
Two-thirds of the curls were directly pressed, the rest were destemmed, followed by a short skin contact before pressing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks.
Aging
The wine was aged for 6 months in the traditional underground cellar of Tokaj, in oak barrels of two to three wines, with a capacity of 225 liters. It was mixed in May 2020 and continued its aging in a tank. Bottled in April 2022.
Tasting Notes
Yellow-gold color. Intensely fruity nose with aromas of apricot, nectarine and citrus. The palate is rich, with vibrant acidity and fresh fruit flavors. It has a vertical structure, is enveloping and has a good persistence (April 2022).
