Vinification
Sweet white wine produced 100% from selected and ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Harvested by hand from vineyards in the village of Mircești in the Ungheni region, the Codru wine area is protected with a geographical indication. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 320 m, with a slope of 6 degrees, facing southeast. The wine was aged for 2 months in acacia barrels.
Tasting Notes
Yellow/green in color, fresh, tropical aromas, mineral, pleasant, fine, and with a lot of aftertaste.
