Paul Dangin & Fils is a traditional family home par excellence, located in Celles-sur-Ource, a village of character in the heart of the Côte des Bar. In 1947, Paul Dangin decided to continue the quality work started in the nineteenth century by his father Joseph. He created the Paul Dangin & Fils brand and, above all, created a refined champagne based on the search for a balance between intensity and delicacy.
Since then, generations have followed and passed on the love of the vine. Perfectly exposed in an exceptional mineral soil, our vineyard covers about 50 ha. This vast terroir is home to our Champagne, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grape varieties, a rare grape variety in the Champagne region. The exclusively hand-harvested harvests allow us to select our best grapes to make our champagnes.
We take great care of our territory, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, practicing sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture through Terra Vitis certification. And it is in the same spirit of perfection that we blend our wines, combining various grape varieties, crushing or reserving wines to create and perpetuate the Paul Dangin & Fils style.
From the vineyard to the press, from the winery to the tasting, our 11 employees, all passionate about champagne wine, share their professionalism and dynamism to produce and market the Paul Dangin & Fils range every year.
