Tasting Notes
Citrine color, greenish nuances. Fine aroma with tropical notes, some citrus notes and slightly floral. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant, with great amplitude in the mouth, final persistence with mineral notes.
Vinification
Total destemming, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats, at low temperature. It remained for about a month on the fine lees, obtaining an extra complexity.
