Tasting Notes
Ruby color, with a rich and complex aroma, with notes of ripe red fruits, violets and notes of spice. In the mouth it presents soft tannins, balanced acidity , with very present fruit and a freshness that prolongs its finish.
Vinification
After total destemming, the grapes ferment for about 5 to 7 days in a stainless steel tank, with a controlled temperature of 26/27ºC, for a gentle extraction. Part of the wine ages for a few months in used French oak barrels, bringing greater complexity and elegance to the final blend.
